This policy covers the Play Daily Cards website at playdailycards.com and the Play Daily Cards Android app, which shows the same website. “We” means Play Daily Cards.

No accounts, no ads, no purchases
You don’t need an account to play, and we don’t ask for your email, phone number or real name. The name you type in a game can be anything and stays on your device. There are no adverts and no in-app purchases, and we don’t sell or share personal information with anyone.
Data stored on your device
The games use your browser’s local storage to remember your chosen name, avatar, settings, records and any saved game. This information never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, or by clearing the app’s storage (or uninstalling it) on Android.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, for example how many games are played and which guides are read. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology, and collects information such as the pages you visit, the device and browser you use and your approximate location. We don’t use it to identify you personally, and we don’t combine it with other data. Google’s use of this information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy; you can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data in your browser with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, it briefly processes your IP address to send you the pages and to protect against abuse.
The Android app
The Play Daily Cards app on Google Play opens this website in a full-screen window. It collects nothing beyond what is described above, and it only needs internet access. It doesn’t access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or precise location.
Children
Our card games are suitable for all ages. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children: nothing you type in the games leaves your device, and analytics data is anonymous.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
